We loved the apartment, it was lovely. Most importantly the staff were helpful and affable. Its location was marvellous and excellent, just a pleasant stroll away from a clever and resourceful museum.

It had an absolutely perfect and good setting close enough to the Marina and the centre of Alicante. The room was brand-new and huge, there were a coffee machine and a kettle. Amiable and good staff, they were always near.

The rooms at this hotel are spacious and comfortable, with a nice big bed and amenities like a coffee maker, kettle, and fridge. The staff is excellent and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Guests receive daily towel and coffee refills, as well as a small bottle of prosecco and water upon arrival. Additionally, there are candles and bath salts near the jacuzzi, adding a touch of luxury. The location is great, with a supermarket just a 5-minute walk away and the beach a 15-minute walk away. The Santa Barbara Castle, offering great views, is also within a 20-minute walk. Comfy bed and window blinds are a plus.

the room at reina victoria la plaza was absolutely amazing - stylish, clean, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. the jacuzzi bath was a luxurious touch, and the location was perfect, just a short walk to the marina and bars. the staff were excellent, and the small touches like the mini bar and daily towel refills made our stay even more enjoyable. overall, a fantastic experience that exceeded our expectations.

The room at Reina Victoria La Plaza was spacious and impeccably clean. The highlight of our stay was definitely the jacuzzi bath, which provided a luxurious and relaxing experience. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to the town and marina. Additionally, the contactless check-in process was hassle-free. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We did experience some noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which affected our sleep. Additionally, our bathroom door couldn't close properly, leading to a lack of privacy.
